trolley ward: mixed as they were busy. Operation gowns do not stay on! Otherwise, all staff took time to explain who they were, what they were doing, what was happening next. All staff, nurses, anaesthetist, dinner servers, cleaners, consultant surgeons, porters. All. They were excellent. A nurse Audrey especially. I was very nervous, they were all great.
